An email requesting to exercise a right will not be interpreted as consent to process your personal data beyond what is necessary to handle your request. Any request must clearly state which right you wish to exercise and, if necessary, provide a reason for your request. It must also be dated and signed and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid ID proving your identity. If you use the contact form on the website, we may ask for your signed confirmation and proof of your identity. We will acknowledge receipt of this request as soon as possible. If the request is valid, we will honor it as soon as reasonably possible and no later than thirty (30) days from the receipt of the request.
